It's been way too long since I last updated this blog and I sincerely apologize! In the last year so much has change in the Utah market and prices have risen considerably. With that being said it still in most cases less expensive to build a new home rather than buy one and it's most certainly easier to get what you want and how you want it when you build.
Since selling a lot of Castle Creek homes over the years I have had the great opportunity of meeting new builders who have homes and prices that rival Castle Creek.
